Duplicate Pages in Notability
Notability Version 11.7.7
Open up planner in Notability and click on the pages icon, located in the upper right corner:
To make a copy of a specific page and duplicate it, tap on the three dots at the corner of the page.
Press Copy
Tap the three dots of any page you want the new page to appear after and tap Paste
